I'm out on the Holland River at 7:27pm and still hearing shots going off! Legal shooting time ended at 7:18 PM What the hell are you guys doing out there shooting after legal time? You are giving us all of us hunters a bad name and our poaching not hunting!

I agree 100% with you.
PPL are shooting the "Late Geese and Ducks coming back from fields.
I totally do NOT agree with it, I think if you shoot a duck or goose after legal time your chances of finding it are slim.
Hell I hear them shooting and I ask myself same question what are they doing it for?
I can barely see here on shore but I hear bang bang bang..
We need more MNR on the beat but we don't have enough to be everywhere.
Watch 1 day they will make it so the time will change than we will hear everyone complaining WHY?
And they will get their Answer.......

As im not a hunter , would 7:18 be the time the sun sets ? Thanks guys for posting as your right about giving hunters a bad name and this fourm as well , personaly i think you guys are top shelf .  |

Flip I've been to a lot of country homes to ask for permission and the so called hunters that have screwed it up by not following the regs. Be it trespassing or taking over the limits on game, these guys need to have a lesson in ethics! I'm not hunting tonight but still at the boat on the Holland River. Let's see what happens, it's 7:17pm and shooting time is done! |
