Holy jeez boyz - I have never seen a simcoe jumbo before now. All the years on the ice - maybe I should try that toooo!.

Jumbos are still alive in Simcoe. Here is my wife with her catch of the day. She won a tourny beating out all the guys including me. Her total weight for 5 Perch was 77oz. The next closest guy was 35oz. She was pretty proud of herself. RR

Its fun when she likes the icefishing and all the sports that I do. A dad could not ask for much more. She wants to go out on cooks again (sees me getting the gear ready and excitedly reading peters every word on his fishboard lol ;D)

Oh My God! Are these perch over say 6 or 7 lbs each? I thought you never get a perch over say 3 lbs?
