that's the problem, once you get voted in as a politician you become corrupt (or like a fish and flip-flop-flip) and don't think about repercussions- honestly, I cannot say one good thing about them.. That house should be protected and un-sellable. That dep. Mayor should have been fired for the waste...a developer wanting to build 500+ homes should be forking out themselves at least half of what's needed to construct-they are going to make it back selling cookie cut houses.

why can't we have a civic accountability council that can fire/arrest politicians who are found to lie, flip/flop without reasonable/logical reason, or waste money....or my favourite hire their relative/friends company to do work for them. we would not have as much waste/corruption if they could be held accountable more than the average joe...

Im still not sure why someone working for the town signed up on the cbfb unless the motive was to explain an email that was shared by a member produced by the town employe saying were lucky the town lets us use the road ends and then says its your perrogative to go to elsewere .
