peter was right, the ice watch thread is for ice reports only. as i understand it, any waterbody in ontario is crown land and the pump and the power to it are on public property which is creating a safety hazard in a known public access point. as well, if anyone was to fall and injure themselves because of the unsafe conditions due to water on the ice, i'm not sure that he or the township had thought thru the legal implications. the can of worms has been opened....

The only thing this thread will do is make pump man happy and keep up his enthusiasm. He is doing this for negative attention and you all just keep feeding him. Stop complaining on line where he can read it and do something.!!!

Point taken but he may rethink the liability issue because if I fell and injured myself due to his antics I would most definitely be on the phone to my lawyer.

Blue ice report is lieing to you all saying he had to be a witness in a court case thats almost over , he was the one that called the cops on me for pumpman ,lied on the stand but the good news is him and pumpman got there storys mixed up ,having jack on the stand he makes comment with out asking him that i tryed to run him over with my atv and he says my dog barks all the time , in time ill be sharing the 911 call he made to 911 and then gave his phone to pumpman .

Even the crown dident do the right thing when showing how pumpman tryed to have me arrested again ,here is that video that shows his intent ,cops look the other way and so did the crown .

The guy is a joke and the next hole he cuts or drills will be his first .His reports are all heresay or second hand info . He can't even understand water flow and how it freezes or doesn't .

one reason I'm not a member on that board. There's a lot of crying n bs flying around. Just ingnore them Peter. Personally I think ur an awesome guy. rented huts from u or talking to u on the ice. This is a perfect example of my post about the birds chirping just ignore them |

good to see the post still alive. i received an ignorant pm from a board member to 'cease and desist' on this topic and was just wondering if everyone else that has posted since got the same message ? i wont say who but if you read the previous posts im sure you can figure out who....
