Not to worry , you know who has your back , parking will be the same for a couple years until the town trys something not welcomed by ice fisherman , will meet that head on with a fight .

It just goes to show you how popular Gilford Rd has become , known by ice fisherman all around the world . You would think that sign you see there would be placed on the north side, along 89 were more would see it, that's the power of association for you . As you guys know parking is on the right looking at this pic so parking in this area wont be affected . Nilley Rd , thats another story.

Elections are in October , What ill try to do is get the departing Mayor ( Shes Running again ) plus some of the individuals running for there respective positions , ill try to get them to Skype and ask them directly about Parking for ice fisherman in all of Innisfil , The person that says we should welcome our guests and parking should be opened the cbfb will be promoting , anything short of that, you don't get my vote and ill encourage others to do the same .

they should look into building a parking lot for guys who ice fish or use this area for summer time fishing..as u say peter it is a well known area so why would they not try to keep it available for us fisherman/ women to use.. with having a parking lot it also keeps roadways safe and should keep locals happy by not having cars parked in front of their homes all winter long..

Well, since Peter posted this, I have to establish a Rule #1 so to speak! So, Rule #1 is that if you want to buy one of these properties you must use use ME as your real estate agent. The other Rule #1 is that you can buy and sell houses with me anywhere in the GTA, up to Barrie! The other Rule #1 is that if you send me people who buy and sell properties with me, you'll get a really NICE gift from me when the deal is done. Something like a full weekend of ice-fishing staying at "The Executive" all paid for by me.

And whats in it for me ? 3% sounds nice... As the Executive is pretty much book the hole season there would be no benefit to me with your Rules . Its only fair its a win win win situation Soo any potential customers out there in cbfb land , have a look at the map , pick the lot that interests you and ill make a video of that lot so you can see better ..

Hahaha I don't make 3% so I'll have to pay extra from my pocket after I finish the deal. You'll see how it works after you send me someone to buy the plaza that is for sale on Gilford Road!

There is ALWAYS room for negotiations Peter Don't forget there is also that huge chunk of land near the end of Gilford Road for $1.2 Million Bucks. Not a bad investment for the future if you can find a partner to buy 93 Acres there!!!!
